Refund policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, we'd love to help!

We gladly accept returns on products from 21 days of your purchase.

All RocknStroll products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

Discounted items are considered FINAL SALE. Once an item has been purchased, discount codes cannot be retrospectively applied and no price matches can be made.

An $18 restocking fee will be added to all refund requests.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

All items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:

• Item(s) must be in new and unused condition; including all parts, accessories, manuals, and original RocknStroll branded packaging
  
• The returned merchandise must be in carrier possession on or before 21 days of the consumer’s initial purchase
• Please note that it may take between 1-2 weeks for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund
• Only items that have been purchased directly from rocknstrollco.com can be returned directly to RocknStroll
• Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment
  
• Items returned without first being authorized by RocknStroll WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund
• Items cannot be exchanged
• The item must be in original packaging in resellable condition with all the cords, adapters, and parts that you received it with. If the returned item received is damaged, the consumer is responsible for any loss in value. A fee of up to 100% for any damaged items can be assessed.
• Shipping costs (inclusive of duties, taxes, and fees) will be the responsibility of the consumer, and all shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

Here’s how you can submit a return:

1. Email info@rocknstrollco.com. Please note your order number and any other relevant information.

2. Once confirmed by RocknStroll that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the address for which you can return your item to.

3. Once the unused product has been received and inspected, refund will be initiated within 1 week.
