Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We understand the importance of getting our Kits to you on a timely basis! 

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your package is in the mail it is NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RocknStroll. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you select UPS, DHL, or USPS priority or priority express, your package does come with insurance and you will be able to file a claim. RocknStroll will NOT refund unclaimed packages. We will be happy to reship any packages if needed (additional shipping costs will be applied).

Domestic Shipping (within the United States):

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery, typically within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping (outside the United States):

International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, fees, or import duties imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

USPS

International

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) handles package delivery up to customs at the destination country, at which point, the host postal service of the destination country handles package delivery to the recipient. The host postal service will need to be contacted directly and provided with the USPS tracking number. They will provide you with next steps which is the release of the package from customs. 

Priority Mail (USPS)

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 7 days to 6 months from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

First Class Mail (USPS)

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. RocknStroll will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. If a package is left unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to track and reclaim. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout.

UPS and DHL

Both UPS and DHL shipping options carry insurance on their packages. 

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or other reasons, additional charges may apply for reshipment. If a package is left unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to track and reclaim.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In rare cases of lost or damaged items during transit, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
